I am watching clouds,
Slowly night draws in, they change.
Glorious colours.

White becomes pink, red.
Grey becomes blue and purple.
Sun sets, colours gone.

I am watching clouds,
Streaking orange and red hues,
Sun rises again.

Prompt from David Rudder to not use ‘the’ in a poem.
I had written it originally using ‘the’ twice. I feel it is better now. Thank you
